Colm McColgan,General Manager Colm has a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial) from the University College Galway (Ireland) and a Master of Computer Science from the University of Ulster. He is also a APMG/UKAS PRINCE2 Practitioner. Colm has several years strategic/operational management of high technology organisations in a European wide context. Rocio Rubio Centeno,Business Development Officer Rocio has an MSc Economics and Business Administration, University of Valladolid and an MA Marketing, University of Ulster. Caitriona Strain,Project Manager Caitriona has a MSc Computing & Design, BSc(Hons) Applied Computing and qualifications in Industrial Studies, Operations Management, Supervisory Management and Personnel Practice. PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner and Associate of BCS, CMI and CIPD. Caitriona won a UK-wide Information Technology prize in 2001. She has expertise in European, Interregional and Crossborder project management, Mobile, Wireless, Internet & Location Aware technologies, Systems Development lifecycle, Change & Quality Management, Process Improvement, as well as an indepth knowledge of SME's and technology transfer. caitriona.strain@ernact.eu
Marion Boyce,Senior Administrator Marion has a BA (Hons) Public Management with specialisms in Local Government from the Institute of Public Administration, Dublin, a National Certificate in Business Studies and Information Technology Skills from LYIT. Trained in Public Sector Procurement, PRINCE2 and a Microsoft Office User Specialist. Marion has expertise in Project Financial management, Administration, Finance, Personnel, proposal preparation, Local Government Finance & Reform, EU funding programme financials and geographical presentation skills. marion.boyce@ernact.eu
